The medical term for sleepwalking adult "sleepwalking." It is considered a parasomnia, which is defined as "adverse events that come with sleep."

Sleepwalking is most common in children but is usually overwhelmed by late adolescence. Sleepwalking in adults is usually caused by factors different from those that cause childhood sleepwalking.

Sleepwalking happens when you get out of bed and walk, even if you are sleeping. It may contain a series of complex functions, such as sitting, looked around, confused how jumping on the bed and walk or run away.

You can talk, or even mourn while walking. The eyes are usually open and may appear blurry or dizzy. Most adult sleepwalkers navigate around furniture and other obstacles, as if they can see where they go.

Sometimes you can perform daily activities such as drinking a glass of water or brush your teeth. You can often include vulgar or strange activities. It is not uncommon for a sleepwalker adults (especially men) to urinate into a wastebasket, closet or any other suitable location. Indecent exposure or sexual behaviors have been observed in the past.

Sleepwalkers have been known to rearrange the furniture or out of a window on the roof.

There are numerous cases in which an adult Sleepwalkers wandering away from home, car to drive, eat, even if the crime in a dream.

Adult sleepwalking may sometimes lead to hostile or violent behavior, even by people who are normally non-violent, easy going personalities.

Waking a sleepwalker in place can be difficult. If you wake up, you will most likely be confused and disoriented. Most of the time, have little or no memory of the episode. Rarely have a clear recollection of what happened. It is possible that you could even attack the person that wakes you up. This happens more often with men than with women but can occur with any sleepwalker, including children.

Sleepwalking times by the end of a sleepwalker waking up to find himself a place embarrassing or uncomfortable, do not remember how they got there. They may wake up on the couch or somewhere else, if not read. Many times, the sleepwalkers climbs back into bed, having never awakened.

Adult Sleepwalking usually occurs during the first third of the night, during the cycle of slow wave sleep. It can sometimes occur when you take a nap. Incidents may occur rarely, or, or often enough. For some, seizures may occur several times a night.

Hands the risk of sleep is harmful to themselves, bed partner or others in the household.
